Hypalon Geomembrane - serving as an essentially impermeable membrane.

Geocomposite - a manufactured material in laminate or composite form, geocomposites aid in drainage.

Geotextile - a permeable textile (in this project, nonwoven) used with foundation or soil as an underlayment integral to the project.

Colorado Lining distributes a wide variety of specialty geosynthetics for use in geotechnical applications.

We offer our consulting and design experience in pairing these products in tandem with the geomembranes we fabricate and install.

Material: The geosynthetic design was an 8 ounce Non-woven geotextile underlayment under the entire lining system, with a single sided composite drainage net along the face of the dam and approximately 1/2 way out into the reservoir.These products were then overlain with a 36 mil Reinforced Hypalon geomembrane.

Geosynthetic materials build a better project at a better price calculated over the long haul — including the savings resulting from less maintenance and reworking.
