The
Presto Geoweb® cellular confinement system is an expandable three-dimensional
polyethylene, honeycomb-like structure that provides cost-effective
solutions to slope and channel protection, load support and earth
retention applications. It is used in landfill cover applications,
detention pond protection, dam face protection and channel lining
systems.
The
Geoweb system stabilizes the selected infill material through
confinement of soils in its network of interconnected cells.
Integral
components include tendons and ATRA® load-transfer clips
for overall system stability.
Available
in a variety of cell sizes, depths, section lengths and facia
colors to meet project needs.
Perforated
cell walls improve lateral drainage and provide greater frictional
interlock with infill.
Provides
durable protection to impervious liners.
Allows
significant subgrade deformation without loss of structural
integrity.
Minimizes
the downward migration of embankment materials. Flexible form
acts as a series of expansion joints for concrete infill.
Easy
to transport and install.
USES:
Consider
the Geoweb® system for cost-effective solutions to the following:
Protection
to geomembranes in lagoon, detention pond, storm water containment
basins, dam face and landfill cover applications.
Vegetated
or non-vegetated slopes, embankments, shoreline and channel
lining systems.
